A SPECIAL ELECTION FOR CD8??? What is that all about?

Congressional candidates can run in both the SPECIAL and GENERAL election. So, for your choosen candidate, you can sign their nomination signature sheet for the SPECIAL election AND for the GENERAL ELECTION. They will appear on the August 13 and November 5 ballots TWICE and you can vote for them TWICE. The winner of the SPECIAL election will fill the open seat through 2024. The winner of the GENERAL election will serve a two-year term starting in 2025. Learn more HERE.
