About Becky
Becky Nichols is a public-school teacher who served on the Menasha Common Council for about a dozen years (2013-2025) and on the county board. A Menasha resident of more than 20 years, she first ran for office because she felt her representative was focused on a political agenda rather than families.
She is running for the open Assembly District 53 seat (Menasha and Neenah) against Republican David Daniels, in a district the DLCC calls a true toss-up.
