David Crowley is Milwaukee County Executive, the first African American to hold that office, elected in 2020 at age 33 after serving in the State Assembly. He grew up in Milwaukee facing housing instability and family hardship, experiences he says still shape how he leads.
He is running for Governor on a plan to bring down the everyday costs squeezing working families, housing, energy, child care, and health care, and runs with Sarah Godlewski for Lieutenant Governor.
